Family Day Webinar: Animal Portraits for Kids

Animals are all around us. British Columbia is filled with an extraordinary diversity of creatures, big and small, that live in diverse family structures. For this session, we’ll learn about a few of them, and then go back in time to draw a portrait of one of our favourite animals here at the Royal BC Museum: the Woolly Mammoth.

The drawing portion will be led by art educator Jeri Engen, from Kudzo Studio.

Materials needed:

  • Paper
  • Coloured pencils
  • Markers
  • Water
