The mission of the Learning department is to use collections, spaces and inquiry based programming to:

- Spark delight
As we go about our work, both within and beyond the museum, we commit to question constantly. We commit to anti-racist work by disrupting colonial narratives. We commit to interrogate assumptions and biases that lead to racism and prejudice. We commit to anti-racist work, including disrupting colonial narratives by following the Truth and Reconciliation Calls to Action (#62 & #67), UNDRIP (article 15.1) and DRIPA .
