Join one of our educators for a guided walking tour of our Native Plant Garden! Learn about the plant neighbors we share here on the BC coast, including some of their Indigenous uses. Approximately eight different plants will be highlighted.
The Native Plant Garden is a living collection of BC native plants, established in 1968 with specimens transplanted from the wild as well as purchased. Many of the plants are from coastal regions, with a few from the interior, including some rare species. The garden is most colourful from early March to September and offers inspiration for native plant gardening at home.
