Live from the Deep Sea

Join us in person or online to talk to researchers from the Northeast Pacific Deep-sea Exploration Project (NEPDEP) live from their ship on the open ocean. 

This ‘Ship2Shore’ session will livestream footage from underwater submersibles, explore the vessel and provide the opportunity to have questions answered by researchers from Oceans Networks Canada and research staff from the Royal BC Museum.

The details:

  • This event is free to attend.
  • To attend in person, registration is not required. Please drop in to the Conference Hall on the ground floor of the museum.
  • To attend by Zoom, register in advance.
  • Not able to make it? No problem! We will record the Zoom webinar and share it on the Royal BC Museum YouTube channel following the event.
