Black History Month Fashion Show

In partnership with the University of Victoria and the Royal BC Museum, the BC Black History Awareness Society presents the BHM Fashion Show. Students, families and others will model African prints from local designers while Black history radio capsules created by students in the University of Victoria's French 310 class will play. This event will increase understanding of Black history, the diversity of African culture and clothing, and celebrate the achievements of Black people in the province.
