Reconciling with Water

You are kindly invited to Reconciling with Water, a World Water Day gathering by artists and policy makers to share their knowledge and relations with water amid the climate crisis.

This event will take place at the Royal BC Museum between 1:00-3:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 16, 2024. It will include viewing water from various perspectives and providing insights with stories, discussions, and artistic work including poetry.

This event is part of a doctoral study at the University of Victoria, Faculty of Education, which is collaboratively guided by W̱SÁNEĆ Elders and the community. This WWD event is formed in collaboration by W̱SÁNEĆ Community, University of Victoria, Faculty of Education, POLIS Project on Ecological Governance at UVIC and the Royal BC Museum. The event is funded by the Pacific Institute for Climate Solutions.
