Join museum educators in person (or online) and learn how you can access and use the many online, onsite and outreach resources your provincial museum has to offer. You’ll leave this interactive workshop:

Open School BC shares Great Bear Rainforest educator resources for grade 7,8,9

Afternoon: 1:00 – 3:00 pm
Sign up on the day to take part in two of the following three interactive sessions.
BC Archives – Visit the BC Archives and learn how to access primary source materials for your students and their projects.
Climate Change – Experience a facilitated workshop in the Natural History Gallery.
Old Town – Visit the re-opened Old Town New Approach exhibit and participate in a critical thinking exercise.
IMAX® Victoria 3:00 – 3:45 pm
End the day with a screening of the Great Bear Rainforest. Optional.

Hybrid registration is from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm only. In addition to taking part in the morning sessions, you will receive a link to watch The Great Bear Rainforest film.
