Discover the art of gelatin printmaking inspired by the handling collections of the Royal BC Museum. Students will discover the opportunity to explore a variety of techniques, each inspired by a different aspect of the museum collection. We will create botanical inspired prints using natural material and create paintings from the vast collection of animals and specimens at the museum.
These classes are designed for students aged 16 years and up.

Jeri Engen is the studio owner and art teacher for Kudzu Studio.
Kudzu Studio is a Victoria-based fine art studio originally founded in North Vancouver in 2012, offering children, teens, and adults alike a variety of opportunities to engage in meaningful and exciting art experiences.
Our art projects are always processed based, so students can feel free and uninhibited to explore their creativity, ideas and interests. Our main goal is to offer eye opening experiences that build self-confidence and encourages original self-expression. We introduce historical and contemporary artists as inspiration, along with some unusual and surprising art practices thrown in for good measure.
