Divorces may be filed by case file number, entered or granted date of the final order, folio and volume number, or by court registry. Please provide as much information as possible to aid staff in locating the requested divorce. To obtain this information please contact the court registry where the divorce was filed or the Central Registry of Divorce Proceedings.

Once your completed form is submitted, a staff member will contact you with the final quote and payment options. Due to the high volume of requests, processing for divorce orders may take up to three weeks.

Court Registry Name*
Cost for certification is an additional $40, plus applicable taxes, to the base cost of $30 to locate the divorce order. ‘Certification’ means that the document we provide you is a true copy of the original order and these copies are recognized in a court of law. With certification you will receive two certified copies. If you are unsure if you need a certified copy, contact your court registry.
We do not provide Divorce Certificates. Divorce certificates must be obtained from the court registry at which your divorce was filed. Once you have received your divorce order you can take the copy to the court registry to request a certificate.
Standard orders for divorces are $30 plus applicable taxes.
