Buckle up for Night Shift: Pride

Posted on June 6, 2019

Show your colours at Night Shift: Pride, our newest 19+ event, and the best Pride party on Vancouver Island!

Presented in cooperation with Victoria Pride Society, the celebration starts at 8 pm on Saturday, July 6, 2019 and runs 'til midnight—you’ll want lots of time to explore all three floors of extraordinary entertainment.

Downstairs, DJ Ronny B (and later, Tigress) will pack the lobby dance floor with high-energy club anthems, Top 40, tech, house and everyone’s favourite throwbacks, while DJ Applecat will weave a mythic underworld vibe in the glittering Enchanted Forest on the second floor.

Upstairs, Madame Gouda Gabor and her bordello babes, Vivian Vanderpuss and Lola Meneta, will shake up the quiet streets of Old Town with raucous and raunchy performances, while Drag Kings and Queens Eddi Liscious, Persi Flede and Henrietta Dubet  strut their stuff throughout the galleries.

Vogue-master Ralph Escamillan will be on hand for a lesson or two, and when you need to recover your swagger, take a break at the craft stations, photo booths, and archival displays documenting the history of Pride. Fuel up with on-site food and drinks to keep the night going strong!

Miss this? No way. Tickets are $40: get 'em now at rbcm.ca/night. (And hey: this ain’t for the little ones—you’ll need to show two pieces of ID for entry.)
