Thank you for your continued support.
As the Royal BC Museum re-opens and we adjust to a “new normal”, we are considering the advice and requirements of government and health authorities. Unfortunately, this does mean we are currently unable to offer many of the onsite museum programs.
We have cancelled all public in-person programs until January 2021, to give us adequate time to implement new protocols to safeguard both staff and visitors.
You can still engage with us at home. Check out our online programs.
Whether out in nature, on the city streets, in classrooms or in our museum galleries, there is much to discover and absorb about the world around us.
The Royal BC Museum is an institution that values this sense of discovery and nurtures a community of learners. Exchange and dialogue form the foundation of Learning here at the Royal BC Museum.

Our offerings are tailored for students and teachers with a range of interests in content and museum engagement, from guided school tours to self-guided inquiry sheets and from professional development day offerings for teachers to gallery animation stations.
The Royal BC Museum and Archives is embracing big ideas, and we ask you to join the conversation.
The Royal BC Museum is grateful to the Sisters of St. Ann’s for their generous donation to the Royal BC Museum Foundation in support of our learning programs.
