Discover self-guided activity stations designed for mindfulness and intention, including gratitude exercises, poetry writing, breathwork and self-guided tours. Enjoy a peaceful journey through the exhibits at your own pace.

Yoga in the Forest
January 9 and 16, 2025 | 9:00–10:00 am
$10 per person
Forest diorama, second floor

Experience the serenity of the Natural History gallery during a one-hour yoga session in the immersive forest diorama, led by Natalie Wright from One Yoga Victoria. This unique setting combines mindfulness and movement amidst a backdrop of natural beauty and sounds. Please bring your own yoga mat, as mats will not be provided. All levels are welcome. Arrive early to settle in and connect with the calming atmosphere.

Letter Writing Week

3FL | Royal BC Museum

We provide the paper, pens, envelopes, and even the stamps—you bring the words. Visit our letter-writing station and reconnect with the lost art of letter writing. Whether it’s a thank-you note to a loved one or a message to your local representative, your letter might even become part of history one day.
