We know you are looking for the whole package in an organization – ours offers strong ties to the community and a solid reputation. We take our corporate social responsibility seriously and are progressive in our green initiatives, work schedules and work tasks. We have a pretty awesome physical workplace (where else could you see all of British Columbia in an afternoon?), and we offer a creative and unique work atmosphere, health, financial and family benefits; vacation and pension. We regularly tell our employees what is happening and we listen to what they tell us. We provide our employees with training and skills development for each and everyone of us to do our jobs well.
We’re also very proud of our community involvement, ensuring that more than 25,000 of BC’s school kids get free access to the galleries every year; and supporting the fundraising activities of other organizations, such as non-profits and parent advisory councils (PAC’s).

Vice President, Exhibitions Innovations
At the edge of a continent, of a vast country that leaps over the Rockies and joins three oceans, British Columbia is a territory like no other. The Royal BC Museum celebrates the spectacular geography and the historic richness of the province that developed here – from the prehistoric land mass to the latest cultural turn.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the VP Exhibitions Innovation will lead creative development initiatives that are fundamental to the Royal BC Museum’s future vision both in British Columbia and overseas.
This new position leads the Exhibitions Innovation Division – providing inspirational leadership and strategic thinking to a creative team of professionals who foster, create and implement meaningful experiences for visitors and online/broadcast audiences. A visionary leader, you understand how to engage multiple partners, a varied audience, and the general public with a welcoming, accessible approach to exhibitions and related creative commercial endeavours.
